Ambuja Neotia Holdings Reports Rs 1,380 Crore Revenue in FY 2024-25

Ambuja Neotia Holdings Private Limited generated revenue of Rs 1,380 crore for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, reflecting a 1-year revenue CAGR of 30% and an EBITDA CAGR of 327%.

Structure and Operations

Incorporated on 13 June 1990, Ambuja Neotia Holdings Private Limited is the principal investment holding company and promoter of various Ambuja Neotia companies. As of 31 March 2023, Ambuja Neotia has 13 subsidiaries, 12 associates and 1 joint venture company, engaged in diversified businesses including development of real estate, hospitality and healthcare projects.

More than 90% of the net assets of the company are in the form of investments and loans to various Ambuja Neotia companies. The primary source of income is interest and dividends from the loan and investment portfolio, branding fees and occasionally by sale of investments.

Group Portfolio

The Ambuja Neotia Group is spearheaded by Harshavardhan Neotia and has interests in real estate, healthcare and hospitality. Ambuja Neotia has 36 residential and commercial projects in its portfolio, out of which 31 projects are in Kolkata.

Several landmark Ambuja Neotia projects have been developed in and around Kolkata including the city's first condoville project called Udayan, the pioneering City Centre mall that redefined retail in the city and Ffort Raichak which was the first luxury weekend getaway in the city.

Expansion Initiatives

The group formed a company to undertake healthcare projects. It has developed a hospital called Neotia Getwel Multispecialty Hospital in Uttorayon Township at Siliguri, and is coming up with new hospitals at Guwahati, Raipur and Durgapur.

In healthcare, the group entered into a purchase agreement for the acquisition of New Town Hospital Division of Park Hospitals on a going concern basis, with the acquisition effective from 1 July 2024.

Recent Group Performance

In FY 2022-23, total revenue grew by 47% to Rs 4,167 lacs on standalone basis and grew by 15% to Rs 95,222 lacs on consolidated basis. Ambuja Neotia Hotel Ventures Limited, a key group entity, generated revenue of Rs 440 crore for FY 2024-25, reflecting a 1-year revenue CAGR of 39% and an EBITDA CAGR of 19%.
