Ambuja Neotia Hospitality Rebrands UNO into The Oven Diner
UNO Chicago Bar & Grill is Ambuja Neotia's maiden F&B venture with a national presence, and the group has now announced a strategic rebranding of its UNO Pizzeria and Grill outlets into a new concept called The Oven Diner, focused on global cuisine. The announcement was made in May 2026 through the group's internal newsletter.
The New Dining Concept
The Oven Diner represents an evolution of Ambuja Neotia Hospitality's smart casual dining portfolio. Ambuja Neotia Hospitality operates in Smart Dine, QSR, and Banquets, with a restaurant portfolio including Sonar Tori (Curated Bengali Cuisine), The Orient (Oriental Cuisine), Afraa (World Cuisine), and Bombastic Supper Club (Yoshoku Cuisine), plus QSR brands like Tiffin, Hangout, Tea Junction, Loafer's Cafe, and Afraa Deli.
The Oven Diner joins this diversified restaurant ecosystem. The group recently partnered with UNO to make a mark in the smart casual dining category, and UNO and Ambuja Neotia are on a journey to create an exclusive dining and lounging experience across India.
