Ambuja Neotia and IHCL Partnership Brings SeleQtions Hotel to Siliguri

Ambuja Neotia Group is developing a SeleQtions hotel in Siliguri as part of a partnership agreement with IHCL (Indian Hotels Company Limited). The project is among the initial phase of four hotel operating agreements signed, alongside a Taj in Darjeeling and a Tree of Life in Lataguri.

Project Timeline and Scale

The new projects are slated to open within the next five years. The broader partnership between IHCL and Ambuja Neotia includes 15 new hotel sites across West Bengal, Sikkim, and Himachal Pradesh, comprising greenfield, brownfield, and conversion projects.
