Parthiv Neotia has assumed the role of Managing Director at Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, strengthening the leadership of the healthcare arm of the AmbujaNeotia Group. The appointment, announced in July 2026, elevates him from his previous position as Joint Managing Director, a role he held since 2025.
Background and Qualifications
Since 2018, Parthiv has been serving as Executive Director at the AmbujaNeotia Group, actively contributing to the management and operations of its healthcare and hospitality businesses. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at the Indian Chamber of Commerce, where he contributes to strengthening India's business ecosystem through policy advocacy and industry collaboration.

The development comes as Ambuja Neotia steps up expansion of its healthcare venture. Earlier this year, the group announced a 300-bed multi-speciality hospital in Guwahati, part of an INR 700 crore integrated healthcare and hospitality project approved by the Assam government. The facility is being developed by Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, with an estimated investment of INR 360–400 crore, and will offer advanced medical services across cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, oncology, and critical care.
Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited currently operates a growing network of healthcare institutions across Eastern and North-Eastern India. The Neotia Bhagirathi Woman & Child Care Centres in Kolkata, New Town and Guwahati have established themselves as leading destinations for specialised women and child healthcare. Complementing this is Neotia Getwel Multispeciality Hospital in Siliguri, which provides comprehensive healthcare services across a wide range of specialties, catering to the healthcare needs of North Bengal and the neighbouring regions.
The Kolkata-based conglomerate has announced plans to establish five new hospitals across India with INR 1600-1800 Cr investment aimed at scaling its healthcare vertical, with Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture set to establish three hospitals in West Bengal out of the five new healthcare facilities.
