Parthiv Neotia Featured in Avendus Wealth–Hurun India Under 30 Entrepreneurs 2026 List

Recognition for Emerging Healthcare Leader

Parthiv Neotia, Managing Director of Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, has been featured in the prestigious Avendus Wealth–Hurun India Under 30 Entrepreneurs 2026 list, recognizing him among the country's most promising young business leaders.

The 2026 Cohort: Scale and Scope

The latest edition features 102 entrepreneurs, a 28 per cent increase from last year's 80, whose companies collectively command a valuation of Rs 2.9 lakh crore. The list is heavily dominated by self-starters, with first-generation entrepreneurs making up 84 per cent of the total cohort, who have built their enterprises entirely from the ground up without established family networks.

Shifts in India's Entrepreneurial Landscape

The report underscores a significant shift towards DeepTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), SpaceTech, electric mobility and FinTech, with the country's youngest founders increasingly tackling complex global challenges. While Bengaluru has solidified its reputation as India's primary startup hub by increasing its representation threefold to 21 entrants, entrepreneurship is rapidly decentralising across the country, with an impressive 40 founders on the list hailing from non-metro cities like Lucknow and Udaipur.

Parthiv Neotia's Healthcare Leadership

In his role as Managing Director, Neotia focuses on strengthening clinical excellence, enhancing patient-centric care, fostering innovation and expanding access to quality healthcare, reinforcing the Ambuja Neotia Group's commitment to building trusted healthcare institutions. Prior to his appointment, Neotia served as Joint Managing Director at Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited and continues to serve as Executive Director at the Ambuja Neotia Group, where he oversees both the healthcare and hospitality businesses.

The appointment comes at a time when the healthcare arm of the Ambuja Neotia Group is accelerating its regional expansion strategy, with a key project being a 300-bed multi-speciality hospital in Guwahati, which is expected to bolster healthcare infrastructure in the North-East and generate employment opportunities in the region.
