The New Garia–Airport Orange Line corridor's final viaduct over the Chingrighata crossing on EM Bypass will link south Kolkata's Kavi Subhash with Salt Lake's Sector V, placing Udyatt minutes from a future Metro station.
The upcoming Orange Line station at Chingrighata, alongside a proposed three-way pedestrian subway with openings at Jal Vayu Vihar, Canal South Road and Sukantanagar, will significantly improve last-mile access for residents along Canal South Road.
